Preparation
1. Weigh milk and banana juice together.
2. Add SWEETIS®-DS500 sweetener, gardenia yellow and banana flavour into the mixture at 200rpm.
3. Heat mixture to 70°C and top up to the desired weight with water.
4. Homogenise at 200 bars (160/40).
5. Fill mixture in bottles.
6. Pasteurise at 90°C for 10 minutes.
7. Cool bottles.
8. Store in chilled (4°C) condition.
