Preparation

1. Hydrate one part of Ticaloid® Pro 192 AGD stabiliser system with five parts of sugar in water at 80°C for 10 minutes at 3500rpm.
2. Add milk, dissolved disodium phosphate, N-CREAMER® 180 maltodextrin, Ponceau 4R colour and remaining sugar into solution. Mix well.
3. Add flavour. Mix well.
4. Heat mixture to 70°C with constant stirring.
5. Homogenise at 200 bars (160/40).
6. Pasteurise at 141°C for 5 seconds.
7. Fill into sterilised bottles.
