Preparation

1. Add citric acid, malic acid, trisodium citrate and BESTEVIA® Reb M stevia sweetener in water and mix at 300rpm for 5 minutes.
2. Add peach flavour, lemon flavour and fruit and vegetable concentrate.
3. Top up with water to the final volume.
4. Pasteurise the flavoured water at 95°C for 1 minute.
5. Hot fill into bottles (ensure temperature is at least 85°C).
6. Cool in ice bath.
7. Store at 25°C.
