Preparation
1. Dry blend Part A homogenously at low speed for 30 seconds.
2. Add water from Part B gradually and mix at low speed for 1-2 minutes.
3. Increase to medium speed and mix for 1 minute.
4. Ensure that the dough after mixing is crumbly and not sticky to the touch.
5. Sheet the crumbly dough gradually with a dough sheeter to a final thickness of 0.5-0.6mm.
6. Cut the dough into round shapes and place them on a fried chip mould.
7. Fry at 195°C for approximately 20 seconds or until the chip is cooked.
8. Blow off excess oil.
9. Cool and pack.
Guidelines
1. High starch content in HOMECRAFT® Pulse 1103 Flour makes it easier to use in fried chips application. It delivers good expansion and smooth appearance with yellowish color.
