Our scientists have focused on health management for many years to develop nutrition boosting ingredients. This research continues. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved a Qualified Health Claim Petition for High-Amylose Maize Resistant Starch and Reduced Risk of Type 2 Diabetes which is a High Level Health Claim. This claim could make a significant contribution to the health and wellness market.
