INSTANT TEXTAID™ A starch
INSTANT TEXTAID™ A is a pregelatinised modified food starch refined from tapioca, it adds unique textural properties to a wide range of food applications. This product is specifically recommended for use in systems where heat and mechanical shear stress are minimal. It provides both thickening and pulpy textural characteristics in instant soups, sauces, and toppings where ease of dispersion is important and delicate flavours must be maintained.
