FIBERTEX® multi-benefit citrus fibres are non-GMO texturising food ingredients made from upcycled citrus peels that provide superior viscosifying power, gelling properties, mouthfeel enhancement and improved emulsion and texture stability over shelf-life.
Derived from natural1 sources and minimally processed, these ingredients are labeled as “citrus fiber”2 and can contribute to dietary fiber content3,4 support packaging claims and sustainability goals while presenting manufacturers an affordable solution without compromising the eating experience.
