Preparation
1. Mix all dry ingredients
2. Mix milk and flavour
3. Add dry ingredients to milk while stirring
4. Heat under agitation to 95°C
5. Hold at 95°C for 20 min
6. Cool down to 20°C while stirring to avoid skin formation
