Preparation

1. Blend the dry ingredients.
2. Add the dry ingredients to the milk and cream.
3. Pass the mix through a tubular heat exchanger, applying indirect heat treatment.
4. Preheat to 65°C.
5. Homogenise at 110 bar.
6. UHT processing at 140°C for 24 seconds.
