Preparation
1. Weigh the sugar syrup and water into a beaker and mix.
2. Weigh and mix to the water phase in the following order - sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid, ascorbic acid and flavour emulsion.
3. Carbonise and fill bottles with beverage.
4. Store the finished drink in refrigerated conditions until consumption.
