Orange-flavoured emulsion containing PURITY GUM® Ultra* emulsifier 0.10
Citric acid 0.18
Ascorbic acid 0.02
Potassium sorbate 0.015
Sodium benzoate 0.025
TOTAL 100

*Orange flavour emulsion (20% weighted oil, 6% PURITY GUM® Ultra). 

Preparation

  1. Weigh the sugar syrup and water into a beaker and mix.
  2. Weigh and mix to the water phase in the following order - sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid, ascorbic acid and flavour emulsion.
  3. Carbonise and fill bottles with beverage.
  4. Store the finished drink in refrigerated conditions until consumption.
