Preparation
1. Dry blend N-DULGE® C1 and the sugar. Add the remaining dry ingredients, except the sodium benzoate.
2. Disperse the dry mix in water under agitation.
3. Add the orange juice concentrate.
4. Heat to 90°C and hold at this temperature for five minutes.
5. Add the sodium benzoate and flavour.
6. Hot fill into bottles and cool down before serving.
