PAF 200 Series 250P is a medium viscosity, hydroxyethyl corn starch with defoamer added to the starch. PAF 200 Series 250P is suitable for use in surface treatment applications of paper or paperboard grades where high surface strength and lower application solids are desired . PAF 200 Series 250P is non -ionic in charge character and is compatible with most additives used in surface treatment applications. Because of its low fluidity, surface applications will tend to remain on or near the surface with minimal penetration into the sheet ; promoting a high level of surface strength and curl control .
