Preparation
1. Weigh out and combine the amaranth, quinoa and chia seed.
2. To prepare the syrup, blend the spices and N-TACK™ and pomegranate juice in a pan, heat gently until a syrup consistency is formed (70ºC).
3. Turn off the heat add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4. Place mix between two sheets of greaseproof paper and roll to 1 mm thickness.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160ºC for 4 minutes, cut out shape and place back in the oven for 8 minutes until crisp.
