Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 425⁰F.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil for roasting, black pepper and half the salt.
  3. Roast in oven until fork tender, about 15–20 minutes
  4. Allow cauliflower to cool.
  5. Add all ingredients, except the HOMECRAFT Pulse 4101 and NOVATION Prima 350 in to a food processor.
  6. Pulse ingredients until rough consistency is reached.
  7. Add HOMECRAFT Pulse 4101 and NOVATION Prima 350 on top of the blend.
  8. Pulse until spread is chunky and thickened. Do not over blend.
  9. Refrigerate and allow flavors to equilibrate. 10. Keep refrigerated and serve cold or at room temperature
