Adams Berzins (he/him) is an R&D professional with over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He has an extensive background in R&D and applications and specializes in sugar reduction solutions. In his current role leading the Global Sugar Reduction Applications and Customer Agility team, he’s working to expand access to the best tasting plant-based sugar reduction tools for customers and consumers across the globe. Adams also sits on Ingredion's global and U.S.-Canada Inclusion and Belonging councils and has had the good fortune to build diverse teams throughout his various roles with Ingredion.
