Preparation
1. Pre-blend dry system with salt and flavor
2. Add water and Titanium Dioxide to Thermomix and blend until Titanium Dioxide is fully dissolved.
3. Add all remaining dry ingredients to water in Thermomix and blend at medium speed for 3-5 minutes
4. Slowly add melted fat and lactic acid and increase speed slightly. Blend for an additional 3 minutes
5. Reduce to medium speed and heat to 180F and hold for 7 minutes
6. Hot fill into molding containers and allow to set at 38F for 7 days.
