Chunky peanut butter

Preparation
- Mix cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl
- Add miso, peanut butter and vanilla
- Add in the egg in two parts
- Mix in dry ingredients
- Scoop cookie mixture
- Garnish with chopped peanuts (if desired)
- Bake at 350F for 8 minutes
