Ingredient Amount
VITESSENCE® 1803 Pulse pea protein isolate 3/4 cup (100 grams)
Baking soda 3/4 teaspoon
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Unsalted butter (1 stick) at room temperature 1/2 cup (115 grams)
Light brown sugar 1 cup (220 grams)
Granulated sugar 1/2 cup (100 grams)
White miso paste 1/2 cup (80 mililiters)
Chunky peanut butter 1/4 cup (60 militers)
Large egg 1
Vanilla extract 1 1/2 teaspoons


  1. Mix cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl
  2. Add miso, peanut butter and vanilla
  3. Add in the egg in two parts
  4. Mix in dry ingredients
  5. Scoop cookie mixture
  6. Garnish with chopped peanuts (if desired)
  7. Bake at 350F for 8 minutes
