Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together including TIC Pretested® Gum Arabic FT Powder and Sigma B Steviol glycosides.
  2. Dissolve the dry ingredients in the water.
  3. Add KERR Blackberry Juice Concentrate 65˚ Brix and blackberry flavor.
  4. Pasteurize at 175F for 15 seconds and immediately chill to refrigeration temp.
  5. Bottle and store at refrigeration temp.
