Ingredients used
- 1.5 ounces dark chocolate
- 2.5 ounces heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 bay leaf – fresh or dry
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
- Simmer milk and bay leaf for 10 minutes, until bay leaf is fragrant. Keep warm, not boiling.
- Place the chocolate and cream into a mug. Microwave for 30 – 60 seconds until hot.
- Let sit for 2 minutes.
- Mix into a paste.
- Strain milk into chocolate mug, mix until homogenous.
- Add a pinch of salt and serve.
