1.5 ounces dark chocolate
2.5 ounces heavy cream
1 cup milk
2 bay leaf – fresh or dry
Pinch of salt
Simmer milk and bay leaf for 10 minutes, until bay leaf is fragrant. Keep warm, not boiling.
Place the chocolate and cream into a mug. Microwave for 30 – 60 seconds until hot.
Let sit for 2 minutes.
Mix into a paste.
Strain milk into chocolate mug, mix until homogenous.
