Preparation

  1. Add SIMPLISTICA® BV 1369 to water, mix at approximately 300 RPM using a Heidolph shear mixer for 20 minutes, and adjust speed accordingly to prevent air incorporation.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 5 minutes.
  3. Shear for 2 minutes using a Silverson high-shear mixer at 10,000 RPM.
  4. Heat to 293˚F (149˚F pre-heat) and hold for 4 seconds using direct steam injection.
  5. Flash cool at 149˚F.
  6. Homogenize downstream at 2000 psi stage 1 and 500 psi stage 2.
  7. Fill cold <50˚F into sterile bottles from a clean fill hood.
  8. Refrigerate at 35˚F and store up to 1 month.
