  1. Add cocoa and paprika to water and mix well.  Use this solution to hydrate the VITESSENCE® TEX Crumbles 102 textured protein for 3 minutes.  ​
  2. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix for 30 seconds.​
  3. Add coconut oil and mix for 30 seconds.​
  4. Break material into crumbles and freeze.​
  5. Add a bit of oil to a non-stick pan and cook crumbles over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165˚F/74˚C is reached.​
