Preparation

  1. Hydrate the VITESSENCE® TEX Crumbles 102 textured protein for 5 minutes.  ​
  2. .Add remaining dry ingredients and mix for 30 seconds.​
  3. .Add coconut oil and mix for 30 seconds.​
  4. Form patties and freeze.​
  5. Heat in non-stick pan over medium-low heat, turning every 2 minutes, until internal temperature of 165˚F/74˚C is reached.
