Preparación

  1. Para preparar la malteada en polvo, medir todos los ingredientes de acuerdo a la composición arriba recomendada.
  2. Disolver 30 g de malteada en polvo en 100 ml de leche de arroz fría o a temperatura ambiente – o leche de avena, mezclando a 9.000 rpm con un mixer portable.
  3. Servir y consumir inmediatamente.
