Rob Ritchie

Senior Vice President, Food and Industrial Ingredients, Americas

Rob Ritchie is the senior vice president, food and industrial ingredients for the Americas. Ritchie joined Ingredion in 1996 as an area director in Canada and has held roles of increasing responsibility within North America throughout his career. Ritchie oversees all operational and strategic management decisions for the Americas.

In 2018, Ritchie was appointed president and general director of Mexico. He was responsible for expanding the Company’s go-to-market capabilities and strengthening commercial excellence, which led to increased revenues and operating income. Ritchie also played a critical role in driving growth and profitability for the sweeteners and industrial ingredients businesses for the U.S. and Canada.

Ritchie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lakehead University in Ontario, Canada, and a master’s degree from Loyola University in Chicago.

Ritchie serves on the boards of the Corn Refiners Association and Skills for Chicagoland’s Future.
