HOMECRAFT® Gold is a clean label thickening and stabilising agent for high moisture food systems. It is ideal for applications in which a natural, home-style appearance is desired. It provides opacity, texture and flavour balance while maintaining a “clean label”. This product can be used in soups, sauces and RTE meals.
