SWEETIS®-DR500 Sweetener 4.60
Sugar 4.30
Apple flavour 0.15
Malic acid 0.10
Trisodium Citrate 0.09
Citric acid 0.02


  1. Weigh some water and tea extract together.
  2. Add SWEETIS®-DR500 sweetener, sugar, dissolved trisodium citrate, dissolved malic acid and dissolved citric acid to the solution and mix well at 200rpm.
  3. Add apple flavour and top up to the desired weight with water.
  4. Fill into bottles.
  5. Pasteurise at 95°C for 1 minute.
  6. Cool bottles in water bath to 25°C.
