Preparation

  1. Mix orange juice concentrate, SWEETIS®-DR500 sweetener and sugar at 300 rpm in 50g water.
  2. Pre-dissolve sodium benzoate in water and add into the mix.
  3. Add citric acid, ascorbic acid, trisodium citrate, sunset yellow solution and orange flavour into the mix.
  4. Top up with water to the final volume.
  5. Pasteurise the juice at 95°C for 1 minute.
  6. Hot fill into bottles (ensure temperature is at least 85°C).
  7. Cool in ice bath.
  8. Store at 25°C.
