Preparação

  1. Misturar todos os ingredientes de acordo com a formulação.
  2. Dissolver 30 g do Shake em pó em 100 mL de leite de arroz frio ou a temperatura ambiente – ou leite de aveia, agitando a 9,000 rpm com mixer.
  3. Servir e consumir imediatamente.
