Preparación

  1. Mezclar los polvos por separado.
  2. Mezclar leche y crema hasta completa incorporación.
  3. Adicionar mezcla de polvos lentamente a leche y agua en constante agitación por 15 minutos a 15°C.
  4. Proceso: Precalentamiento 70°C; homogenización 500 – 2000 psi; pasteurización 142°C / 6 seg; enfriamiento 18°C. 
  5. Envasar y refrigerar.
