Our Food Systems Concepts Convince

With our clean label plant-based Coronation Deli filler concept, we're finalists at this year's Plant-Based Taste Awards.

The concept consists of a plant-based chicken and a plant-based mayonnaise. The new technology developed doesn't include methylcellulose or any other gums. The technology doesn't use high moisture or pressure extrusion, providing opportunities to producers with traditional manufacturing processes.                     

The winner will be announced on the 30th of November.
