Preparation

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a mixer and mix on low.
  2. Add fat and continue to mix on low.
  3. Add water; mix on low for 2 minutes then high for 5 minutes.
  4. Roll out on sheeter to desired thickness; cut in to desired shape.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes at 325°F/163°C.
