  1. Manually mix all ingredients in the water phase with a whisk and set aside.
  2. Mix NOVATION PRIMA® 340 with one third of the oil (oil phase).
  3. Add the water phase to a kitchen aid set to moderate speed, then gradually add the oil phase.
  4. Once both phases are mixed, allow the starch to hydrate for three minutes at a low speed.
  5. Add the remaining oil at a moderate speed before adding the harissa paste.
  6. Serve immediately or store refrigerated in a container.
