This textured protein is made from faba bean concentrate for a brighter colour. The mince-like shape makes it ideal to use as-is to replace ground meat applications such as nuggets, fish alternatives and ready meals where brighter colours are needed. The texture can be further altered easily in a mixing or blending process. It offers a soft and juicy texture with a very low salt content (sodium <0.04g/100g).
