Skimmed milk 80.02
Sugar 10.00
Cream (40% fat) 3.50
Skimmed milk powder 3.00
N-DULGE® C1 0.70
Titanium dioxide 0.15
Carrageenan 0.06
Colour Beta carotene 1% conc. 0.05
Bourbon vanilla flavour 0.02


  1. Blend the dry ingredients with the colour and hydrate in the milk and cream.
  2. Pass the mix through a tubular heat exchanger, applying indirect heat treatment.
  3. Preheat the mix to 63°C.
  4. Homogenise at 100 bar (one step).
  5. Place under UHT processing at 130°C for 60 seconds.
  6. Cool the mix to 15°C and fill into containers.
  7. Store refrigerated at 4°C.
